What it does
Allows you to check if the encoding of font names, separation names or structure
type names is UTF8.
This may not be the case if you receive PDFs from Japanese or Chinese designers.
Note: This Action verifies if the name data is valid UTF8 data. Note that this does not
necessarily mean that the name actually is UTF8 encoded. It just checks if it would be a valid
string when interpreted as UTF8.
