In the Preferences - Personal Info category, you can determine the personal information to be added to your Certified PDF documents.
The personal information includes your name and company contact details, together with a message, if any. It is important that you provide as much personal information as possible, because this information will be stored in the Certified PDF documents which you will be creating. Thus, the recipients of your Certified PDF documents will be able to contact you if they have any questions.
