To replace an object

Using the Select Objects tool

, select the “new” object, i.e. the object which you want to use to replace with the other one.

From the context menu, select Copy (or press Ctrl + C).

Select the “old” object, i.e. the object which is to be replaced.

From the context menu, select Replace.

The copied object will replace the “old” object and will assume its exact size, proportions and position.
