Right-click the Preset you want to export and
select

Save it in your desired location as a file.
Note: The file type depends on the panel in which you
use the Preset Manager: .ppws for Workspaces,
.eal for Action Lists, etc.
You can now distribute your Preset by making
the file available to others.
