You can easily remove colors from the User Swatches, for example colors which you will no longer use. Proceed as follows:

Using the Select Objects tool
, select any text or object in
the PDF document. - Choose Window > Show Enfocus Inspector to display the .
- Click the Fill and Stroke category, and selectColor Picker from the fly-out menu.
- Select User Swatches as Color Library
- Select the color in the list which you want to remove.
- Click Remove.
- Click Cancel.
