Qoppa jPDFSecure

This configurator drives Qoppa jPDFSecure, which allows to change the security settings on PDF Documents. It can encrypt and decrypt PDF documents as well as set permissions..

Detecting the application

This configurator implements the following mechanisms to detect the presence of the corresponding third-party application. See Detecting third-party applications for more information.

Detection mechanism	Comments
Automatic detection at startup	Uses information registered with the operating system when the application is installed
Searching from the elements pane	In addition to the above, searches the system program files/applications folder for the application
Manually locating the executable	Select the application

This configurator allows only a single outgoing connection.

Properties

Property	Description
Name	The name of the flow element displayed in the canvas
Action	Select the security action to perform (set, modify or clear security)
Set Open Password	Set the password to open the document.
Set Permissions Password	Set password to grand or deny permissions
Allow Printing	Allow to print the document. If set, you can also set "Allow printing in high resolution".
Allow filling from Fields and Signing	Allow filling in fields, or sign them
Allow Document Assembly	Allow to assemble the document, insert, ortate or delete pages and create thumbnails or set bookmarks
Allow Extraction for Accessibility	Allow to extract text or graphics.
Current Open Password	If Action is "clear security", enter the current password if already set
Current Permission Password	If action is "clear security", enter the current Permissions password if already set.
