WoodWing Enterprise Download

This configurator allows retrieving files from the WoodWing Enterprise system.

If the incoming job is a job folder, the job will fail. If the incoming job is an individual file, it is downloaded if it matches the criteria

Detecting the application

The configurator needs to be pointed to the SOAP server. There is no need to have additional applications installed on the computer running Switch, so no application detection is necessary.

Connections

This configurator allows only a single outgoing connection.

Properties

Property	Description
Name	The name of the flow element displayed in the canvas
Server	The configuration template to be used. This property is requred
User Name	The User Name for the WoodWing system
Password	The password to connect to the WoodWing system
Brand / Category	The Brand and Category to be searched on the WoodWing system
Rendition type	The Rendition type of the asset to be downloaded
Status	The status for the object to be retrieved
Inbox	Objects assigned to this user will be retrieved
Checked out	Objects with this status will be retrieved.
After download	What to do with the object after downloading. Check out: the object will be in a Checked Out status after downloading Change metadata after download: enter the new Status or the new Route to route the object to. An empty value means no change will be made.
Dataset name	The name of the data set where metadata about the object will be stored
Check every (minutes)	The frequency in which the server needs to be checked for new jobs
