Installing a configurator from the Crossroads website

A number of configurators are installed by default, together with Switch, but you can afterwards install additional configurators as required.

Note:
  • It is only useful to install configurators for 3rd party applications that you have activated or installed on the computer on which Switch Server is running. Otherwise you will not be able to use these configurators.
  • You must have licensed the Configurator module.

To install a configurator from the Crossroads website

  1. Go to the Crossroads website.
  2. Click the Get applications tab.
  3. Search and select the appropriate configurator.
  4. Download it to your local computer.
  5. Make sure to close all Enfocus applications, including Switch.
  6. Double-click the configurator (with file extension .enfpack).
  7. Click Install.
