Troubleshooting

When installing or activating Switch, you may encounter one of the following problems.

Activation license failed

If activating the license failed, check the following:
  • If you copy-pasted the product key, double-check the license key pasted in the text field. You may have forgotten part of the key, or you may have added redundant spaces by accident.
  • If you uploaded a file, try with a new copy of the file. It may have been corrupted.
  • If this doesn't solve the problem, contact your local reseller and ask for a new activation file.

Activation license expired

If your license has expired, contact your dealer to resolve this issue.

Not all modules are activated

If one of the modules you purchased for Switch is not activated, double-check whether you received multiple activation files, and whether you have uploaded all of them.

If that does not resolve your problem, contact your local reseller and ask for the missing licenses.
