Uninstalling an app

Uninstalling an app means that you remove the app from your local Switch. It will be no longer shown in the Flow elements pane and it's no longer assigned to your Switch device, but it remains available in the Enfocus Appstore (under My Apps) (as long as you've paid the subscription fee).

There may be several reasons to uninstall an app, for example:
  • You want to use the app on another Switch installation. In that case, you first have to unassign it from one system and then reassign it to the other system.
  • You want to remove an expired App (displayed in gray in the Flow elements pane) from your Switch.
To uninstall an app
  1. Launch Switch on the device on which you don't want to use it anymore.
  2. In the Flow elements pane, in the Apps category, search for the app you want to uninstall.
  3. Open the context menu.
  4. Click Uninstall. A warning appears.
  5. Click OK. If the app is used in an active flow, the flow will be deactivated. It will not be possible anymore to activate the flow (unless you remove the app from the flow).
