To force overprinting:

Make sure overprint previewing is on in Adobe
Acrobat (Advanced > Print
Production > Overprint Preview).

Using the Select Objects
tool
,
select an object.

Display the Enfocus Inspector.

Select the Fill and Stroke >
Overprint category.

Select the Force Overprint on all separations from
the Actions drop-down menu.
