If you have designed flows with Submit points and Checkpoints, you can indicate who has
the right to use them. This is done in the right part of the Users pane.
What users can do in Submit and Checkpoints depends on:
- The permissions assigned to the group they belong to (if applicable)
- Their permissions on user level (View messages/Submit and check jobs).
- Their role in the group (group manager or regular group member). For example, group members
can see, edit, route and unlock other group members' jobs, whereas regular group members can
only do this for their own jobs (unless otherwise configured).
