About the Enfocus Appstore

The Enfocus Appstore is the Enfocus webshop where you can purchase apps for use in Switch, developed by third-party app creators.

The Enfocus Appstore is available via https://appstore.enfocus.com or from within Switch, by clicking the Enfocus Appstore button in the Flow elements pane.

The Enfocus Appstore contains the following sections:

All Apps gives an overview of all Switch apps currently available. For more information about a particular app, simple click the Learn more link. On the detail page, you find detailed information about the way the app works, the required Switch version or platform, support info, how much it costs,... Starting from this page, you can also install a free trial or buy the app.
My Apps lists all apps you have purchased. Make sure to sign in with your Enfocus ID and password. Here you can also find the status of your apps:
- Expired apps cannot be used anymore because your license has expired. You have to pay the subscription fee in order to be able to use them again. To do so, go to the detail page of the app concerned (via All Apps) and click the Buy now button.
- Unassigned apps are apps for which you have a valid license, but that are not assigned to a particular Switch installation yet.
My Switch provides information about the Switch installation(s) linked to your Enfocus ID. There are two ways to link a Switch installation to an Enfocus ID:
- When you sign into Switch using an Enfocus ID, that Switch is registered automatically in the background. Note that the name mentioned in the list is determined by the name set in the Switch preferences (Internal Communication).
- When another user wants to allow you to buy and assign apps to his/her Switch installation as well, he can add you as an app manager for that Switch installation. In that case, that Switch installation will also be linked to your Enfocus ID and you'll see it under My Switch.
Here you can also add app managers for your Switch: people allowed to buy and assign apps to your Switch installation. You are automatically an app manager of your own Switch (registered as such when you sign into your Switch), and you can add as many other people as you want to, by adding their email addresses. The apps that can be used on your Switch are called "assigned apps".

Note: On this page, you also find a Forget Switch installation link. Use this link only if your Switch Server is no longer accessible, e.g. due to hardware issues and you cannot uninstall the apps in Switch. Using this link, all apps will be uninstalled in one go and all flows using apps will stop running. Your apps will become available again under My Apps, and you can re-assign them to another Switch installation as required.
My Subscriptions lists the apps you have purchased yourself.
