A privacy policy contains the guidelines a company uses to protect the information provided by its customers. It's a legal requirement to have such a privacy policy if you're collecting data from your customers. As in Switch the language preference of the users is stored (using cookies) when they launch messages in a web browser, we recommend entering the link to your privacy policy.

The privacy policy is made available as follows:
  • On the login page of the Switch Web Portal, there's a 'Privacy policy' button; when a user clicks this button, the web page concerned is displayed.
  • Once signed in to the Switch Web Portal, the Info menu in the bottom left corner gives access to the Privacy policy.
