If your system environment requires FTP connections to pass through a proxy server, you must fill in the configuration details for the proxy server. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the FTP receive and FTP send tools.

In the FTP server address property, enter the name or IP address of the proxy server (instead of the FTP site being targeted).
In the user name property, append an @ sign and the target FTP site address (domain or IP address) to the regular user name ( "<ftpserverusername>@<ftpserveraddress>").
The other properties, including the password, remain unchanged.
